Updates and Extensions to the Rules for Fortunes - Magical Resistance and Blessed Grove [Part 9/24]

I've included two new Fortunes that would seems to "fill the gaps" for the good factions, to allow them to have access to some of the similar Fates that exist. The first one is a straight port from SBG that allows Hobbits to have a Magical Resistance Special Rule. This gives them the benefit in fighting against enemy spell casters. The second is a pretty cool Fortune, as well. It gives the ability to restore fallen models. I hope you all enjoy!
